Chief’s Kooltastic Kadhi (Yellow Curry Mix)
Kadhi is a medium spiced yellow curry sauce made using chick pea flour, plain yoghurt, curry leaves and mustard seeds. Our Punjabi version can either have chunky potato pieces added at the beginning or ready made onion bhajis / pakoras added 10 minutes at the end of cooking and left to soak for a further 15 minutes then served. Simply Delicious!
Easiest Curry to cook! Tried so many including jars but this is really like a real restaurant curry if not better. Makes plenty for a good sized family. Already booked next order. 👍

Perfect Kits for making Indian food at home
Thank you for such authentic cook at home kits. The pakora was so tasty along with the Vegan Kadhi ( yellow curry ), lasted us for the week with the amount it makes. It was a different but nice experience not usually found elsewhere.
