The origins of Bhuna can be traced back to the area of Bengal, a state in northeast India. It is a cooking technique that was mainly used to prepare dishes for Indian Royals and Aristocrats where a good level of spices are used to create an extra delicious curry. 

Our Original Bhuna comes to life when our Magic Tarka Sauce and Spice Blend combine to create a flavourful dry dish which is ideal with Chicken, Lamb, Fish Veggies or Okra. 

Just like us if you love a good Bhuna but prefer it hotter why not add a chilli or two.
