PAKORA / ONION BHAJI WRAP



Our Pakora Wrap dish is an absolute favourite with curry buffs and offers an unusual but amazing tasting experience. Our secret blend of spices combine to create a versatile pakora appetiser which can be used in burger toppings, wraps, pittas or just on their own dipped in your favourite sauce.

Shopping list: Items in red are optional but when added will enhance the flavour. For SYN FREE cooking substitute for Fat Free / Low Calorie ingredients

You will need:

• 1 Spice Raks Pukka Pakora or Oo La La Onion Bhaji Kit
• tortilla wraps
• leafy salad mixed with chopped tomato & cucumber

Instructions:

• Follow the instructions on the Onion Bhaji or Pakora mix to make the bhajis or pakoras. For Slimming Recipe shallow fry in a flat pan with low calories oil turning until both sides are golden brown
• Place mixed leafy salad on tortilla, add bhajis or pakoras top with coleslaw and sauces below
• Roll the tortilla tightly, folding one of the bottom ends to ensure no spillage and serve

Serve with minted yoghurt, hot chilli or tomato / sweet chilli sauce + mayonnaise ( optional )
